146 I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.

147 I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.

148 Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

157 Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.

158 I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.

159 Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O Lord, according to thy lovingkindness.

159 verses, many of which were written by the King  of Israel, David. The subject of His prayers and psalms remain the same. He praises God and seeks help that he sin not, and that God will deliver him from his persecutors. He paints a picture of God as being powerful and full of love and  kindness to all who keep His statutes and judgments which are a revelation of love. If we love our neighbor, we will not do any of the last six commandments written with the finger of God. If we love God, we will follow the first four of the commandments. Jesus tells us that upon these two commandments hang all of the law (Matt. 22:40).
