In many churches there is an effort made to get church members involved in evangelism. Often that effort fails. Why? Because you cannot give to others what you do not have. Living Water cannot be given by the church board or the pastor. It is a free gift which can only be gotten when one surrenders the whole heart to Jesus. Then is given this Living Water. Then the Holy Spirit constrains those who are vitally connected to Jesus to share with others the love of God. The Living Water naturally flows from truly converted Christian to those seeking truth.
